He was one of the finest leaders I&#8217;ve had the pleasure and fortune to work with and learn from. Karl was the senior voice of wisdom at Beak. I would routinely walk into his office with all kinds of crazy questions. Karl would never really answer any of them, but I always left his office feeling he had. Instead, he gave me the confidence to resolve my own questions and challenges.
